As nobody else commented on the racial names (and we're not doing mono-elemental races), the suggestions I made - on account of being the only choice pitched at all - are made official by default. Races are as follows:
Human: Exactly what it says on the tin
Drakes: Same race as the proxians
Therians: Beastmen, just by a different name
Aves: Bird-based race
The artists will be given the task of creating the Aves race - discussion of racial design and tweaking will now move to the Artists section.
